Job Description This position will lead project teams for the design of new facilities, specifications for new equipment, and management of construction activities / contractors. Good project management skills are required with the ability to achieve budgets, meet schedules, and minimize interruptions to production. This individual must be detailed oriented with good documentation skills. The Engineering Project Manager is also responsible for directing and coordinating a broad spectrum of engineering and project management activities associated with biological manufacturing. This individual will provide technical support for biotech manufacturing equipment, clean utilities, sterile processes and perform process hazard analyses. All of these activities require good interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with operations, maintenance and engineering. This position will start as an individual contributor with the management of projects and project teams with the potential for growth into an Engineering or Maintenance Management role. The salary range for this role is $87,300.00 - $137,400.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
