MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS In depth Engineering Project Management expertise, delivering mobile and desktop applications through a full project lifecycle. Deep understanding of the software product lifecycle with experience managing complex projects and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams. Confident to take on technical challenges and work with various teams, building and managing relationships to navigate delivery dependencies. Versatile problem solver with demonstrated creative and critical thinking to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts, and lead the teams to solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience. Self-motivated and proactive with the aptitude to independently learn new technologies and exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven ability to engage effectively with technical teams, cross-functional collaborators, and executive leadership.
