About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead strategic projects, including new construction, renovations, and equipment installations in a sterile pharmaceutical environment. You will manage budgets, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee investment projects from start to finish.
• Define technical requirements with management and internal teams.
• Act as the technical expert on facilities and equipment.
• Manage contracts, RFPs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate consultants and contractors.
• Plan for future facility and equipment needs.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5–10 years of project and maintenance management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a maintenance leadership role.
• Experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing is required.
• Strong expertise in maintenance planning and strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
