JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Manager is responsible for working with existing customers and internal engineering teams to determine the required type of emissions control systems for our customers and to ensure products are completed and delivered in accordance with Company specifications.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Engineering degree in either mechanical, mechatronics, industrial or electrical disciplines.
  • Professional Engineer designation highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with large scale project management, within the construction or manufacturing industries.
  • Flexible to take calls outside of regular business hours, and work extended hours to address critical project needs, unexpected issues, or urgent client concerns requiring immediate attention.
  • Experience managing large capital projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, and 3D modelling, including cloud-based project managements tools (Microsoft Projects, Asana, Trello or Monday).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Superior technical skills with the ability to multitask to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent organizational and judgement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within tight and changing deadlines.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Interface and manage projects for our large data center customers (>$1M projects).
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to produce shop drawings and manage changes that arise.
  • Produce project schedules and provide updates during weekly internal meetings.
  • Interface with Sales Department to assist with project handover process and provide feedback upon project completion.
  • Issue milestone invoices and assist in coordinating project logistics.
  • Manage component purchases from key suppliers.
  • Learn about our product offering and technology so that future projects can be better optimized.
  • Exercise quality awareness within the company.
  • Manage project specific change order process.
  • Facilitate communication between Project Coordinators and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and project status updates.
  • Other duties as required.
