JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Engineering Project Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
Location: Nuneaton, CV11 6BX

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a Sheet Metal Fabrication engineering environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent understanding of engineering drawings and CAD

• Oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
• Manage project resources efficiently and handle any issues that arise during project execution
• Conduct project evaluations and assess outcomes for continuous improvement
