As an Engineering Program Specialist (EPS), you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end new product development by partnering with cross-functional teams across Greater China and the U.S., including Engineering Program Managers (EPMs), Hardware Engineering, Product Design, and Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of incoming materials and outgoing modules and form factors, proactively addressing logistics and material challenges, and providing timely risk assessments throughout engineering development builds. This high-impact position demands strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. DESCRIPTION As an Engineering Program Specialist (EPS), your goals are to drive Material Clear-to-Build, resolve all supply chain logistic issues without impacting the project schedule, and provide logistic solutions to the project team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or Supply Chain management field or equivalent Proficiency in both oral and written communication in English and Mandarin A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain management within an electronics manufacturing environment, with a focus on material management and logistics. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Willingness to travel 30% to 50% as required by project needs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with customs clearance requirements and international trade terms Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent work ethic and a high degree of flexibility
