Within this challenging role, you will audit existing engineering processes and provide experienced training and technical support within the Engineering Department. Our aim is to monitor and improve quality from the foundations through the training of our apprentices and the continuous improvement of our preventative/corrective maintenance program.

Responsibilities
  • As part of this role, you will conduct Internal Quality Audits on all aspects of the preventative and corrective maintenance program that are in place for equipment in use by CLdN
  • Provide Quality Reports with suitable recommendations and viable solutions.
  • To plan, monitor and assess technical apprentice development in conjunction with their Apprenticeship Programs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders ensuring a unified approach to maintenance.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our customers, service providers and workforce.
  • To be the main point of contact for all quality aspects relating to workshops in the UK.
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes pertaining to maintenance and record keeping.
  • Assist in comparison studies relating to technical matters.
  • Resolving any issues relating to quality and training with guidance and support from Management.
  • To be flexible and travel to other Terminals within the group, mainly UK, i.e. Purfleet and Liverpool, as required.
