Responsibilities

As an Engineering Records Administrator, you’ll assist in managing and maintaining water, stormwater and wastewater plan records, processing of new service connection applications, and providing services information externally. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our staff and residence ensuring our infrastructure remain safe and functional for the community.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service, providing a high level of understanding and direction for each application.
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret Engineering Services plans, with the knowledge of the basics in services design and construction practises.
  • Have proven ability to work within a team environment.
  • Be able to identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation to ensure risk-adverse services delivery.
  • Manage enquiry and services application projects to ensure that time frames are met.
  • Promote of health, safety, wellbeing, and inclusion across the team.
