Job Description As the North America ER&D Related Party Analyst, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the global engineering organization. This cross-functional role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and actuals analysis, with a specific focus on inter-regional transactions. You will oversee the processes that enable the flow of engineering work across various regions and business sectors, ensuring accurate Statement of Work (SoW) controlling and financial reporting for global engineering activities. Key Responsibilities Financial Controlling: Manage reporting for all engineering services between North America and global regional partners (South America, Europe, Asia Pacific), including budget-to-actual analysis. Strategic Projects: Lead and support process improvements, regional funding strategies, and global engineering finance initiatives. Global Alignment: Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure accurate IFRS and related party accounting, facilitating timely contract execution and cash settlement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with accounting, tax, purchasing, and treasury to implement new processes and increase workflow efficiencies. Organizational Growth: Contribute to the evolution of the Global Engineering Finance structure and support special Group ER&D projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or an MBA if your Bachelor’s is in another field). Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting. At least 2 years of experience in business unit budgeting and forecasting. Minimum 2 years of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously. Ability to deliver high-priority requests under tight deadlines. Preferred Requirements: MBA and/or CPA certification. Advanced proficiency in SAP, Essbase, and Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups). Strong verbal and written communication skills.
