We are seeking a technically skilled and experience Head of End User Network Services to lead, modernize and automate end user network services. This is a dual role where the leader will be the service owner and the engineering leader. As the leader you will have direct responsibility for all network security services and its lifecycle. The role requires deep experience in product management and technical expertise in network security technologies with a strong product and engineering mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT, Advanced degree preferred
• Technical master’s degree and/or an MBA is preferred.
• 12-15+ years of overall experience
• 5+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to end user network services’ modernization is required
• 5+ years of experience in any of Cloud and SaaS technologies
• Experience working directly with engineers to define and plan new features for consumption.
• Familiarity with various end user network technologies, such as routing, switching, network management, network access control, voice, contact center, cellular repeaters, wide area networks, internet proxy and virtual private networks.
• Experience with Python and Ansible are a must.
• Experience in building self-service portals and managing a service catalog.
• Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable
• Deep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry

• Highly motivated and energetic self-starter with solid organizational and time management skills; demonstrable experience operating at high standards of quality and accuracy within a fast-paced changing environment
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship management skills, that enable partnering with and influencing key customers in an open, collaborative environment at all levels in an organization
• Technical leadership with knowledge of both legacy and modern cloud based distributed systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to succinctly present sophisticated subject matter, specifically translating technology problems/solutions to business partners
