* Coordinate and monitor engineering service activities, including maintenance, repairs, and facility operations to ensure timely completion. * Act as a liaison between engineering teams, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. * Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to maintenance plans. * Track and maintain records of work orders, service reports, and maintenance logs in accordance with organizational standards. * Assist in managing service contracts and vendor performance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and service quality. * Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.. * Prepare reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and operational issues for management review. * Coordinate emergency repair activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations. * Support audits and inspections by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring readiness.
