KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical & Operational Transition: Ensuring engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness and performance are observed. Overseeing the systems infrastructure, operational documentation, and preventive maintenance plans for the sites.
• Parts & Asset Management: Ensuring a smooth transition of critical engineering function and assets, including validation and risk mitigation for aging infrastructure.
• Operational Integration: Providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve seamless integration.
• Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Acting as the primary liaison to manage performance of the engineering aspects of site.
• Contract Execution & Compliance: Ensuring contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs are implemented and tracked effectively.

YOUR KEY FOCUS AREAS IN THIS ROLE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Analyse automation processes, using data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement innovative solutions for automated systems, ensuring they meet operational and commercial goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations) to align improvements with customer needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, quantifying benefits and driving decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication during upgrades or changes.
• Assisting with technical evaluation of requirements from stakeholders
• End-to-end ownership for solution design, developing, deploying and supporting the data engineering solutions.
