    We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Solutions Specialist to play a key role in supporting our customers, sales, and operational teams with technical product knowledge, based in Newcastle. The Engineering Solutions Team provide a range of end-to-end solutions and the Project Management to support the temporary works associated with design, installation, site support, and certification for our complete range of products and services (Shoring, Structural Propping, Water Management, and Water Treatment). We are seeking someone knowledgeable across temporary works to drive our standard solutions revenue streams across Newcastle.
Responsibilities

YOU’LL ENJOY VARIETY IN YOUR ROLE INCLUDING:

  • Working with local and regional sales plus operations teams to drive product awareness and technical product expertise to existing and new customers.
  • Assessing sites with customers and identifying opportunities whereby Coates can offer solutions to advance their projects.
  • Developing key relationships a broad range of internal stakeholders and with civil and construction customers.
  • Leading our uncompromising Safety-First culture throughout the organisation and customer relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Experience in technical solution selling (preferred) with problem solving capabilities.
