Job title: Engineering Specialist Job Description: What you’ll be doing Delivering training to groups of up to 24 trainees in: Electrical or Electronic engineering and machine principles Conducting practical lab sessions, demonstrating key principles and supervising trainee experiments Marking and check-marking assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency Maintaining and updating training materials with Training Design staff What we’re looking for Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications You will have at least a Foundation Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or a related engineering discipline), or an HND/FdSc in Electronic or Electric Engineering or proven teaching/practical experience in Electronic or Electrical Engineering Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications Classroom experience in teaching technical subjects in an adult education environment, Level 4 teaching qualification Experience of the Defence Systems Approach to Training (or equivalent).
