About our group: MDW – Automation Servo writer team is responsible for maintaining product downtime & quality, and manufacturing uptime. You will be working with some of the world-class technologies and equipment to certify the recording media for any physical and magnetic defects before being assembled into hard diskAbout the role - you will: Maintain the robot downtime ,safety hazards reduction and cost saving projects Provide support to Maintenance and Manufacturing for smooth running of production lines Monitor product performance status,5S and monthly PM Support the product engineers on engineering experiment and software evaluations Duties also include monitoring line issue and yield Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager About you: Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma Self-motivated and positive working attitude. Team player with good problem-solving skill. Willing to work in clean room environment. Willing to work on 12hr (7.30pm to 7.45am) night shift pattern Your experience includes: Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage Location: Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
