Optimization of current production processes Coaching plants in continuous improvement, standardization, and lean concepts Assisting plants in addressing equipment down time issues Developing preventative / predictive maintenance practices to ensure 100% equipment uptime Spare Parts MOS Board Maximo Training and education of plant personnel and leadership Providing input on new equipment design and purchase Supporting new model / equipment launch as required Lead UAW Personnel Established and active employee resource groups Education: High School Diploma Experience: Ability to optimize equipment programs and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause Excellent communicator who can train both hourly and salary team members Must be a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with limited supervision Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in ONE FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills Maintenance experience Computer efficiency Ability to work various shifts Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferred. Equivalent experience accepted Robot / interpress transfer (ABB / Fanuc / Gudel) Vision experience PLC competency. Lean implementation AutoCAD High volume Manufacturing/Assembly
