Description
build and lead an agile team to deliver the advanced technology that drives the future Responsible for developing and managing the functional and technical training and certification processes for manufacturing operations. Coordinate and organize daily training delivery and certification tracking for hourly personnel. Assist engineers in delivering and completing technical training modules. Facilitate the internal promotion process by assessing operator readiness and supporting progression decisions. Design and implement Train-the-Trainer programs to build Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at the hourly level. Provide data and support for business management, workforce development tracking, and KPI alignment. Technical Communication Continuous Improvement Mindset Workforce Development & Planning Lean Thinking & Problem Solving Partner with Learning & Development (L&D) to define and deploy the functional and technical training/certification framework. Establish comprehensive training plans aligned to job-specific operational requirements and business goals. Define operation-related job training requirements, content, and qualifications/certifications. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Education, or related field. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, training development, or industrial engineering. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, certifications, and operator skill development. Experience with Ford Production System (FPS) standards and Lean Manufacturing practices. Background in curriculum development or adult learning. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
