Your Opportunity:
We are looking for a Engineering Stores Supervisor to join the Maintenance & Utilities Operational Services Department (M2U) team at Broadmeadows. This team provides essential support services to the manufacturing facilities and M2U departments at site which includes maintenance planning, scheduling, and management, major facility shutdown coordination, engineering stores management, general site facility maintenance, drawing Office services for the site including project, baseline and GxP drawings, Maintenance systems (SAP, Permits, etc) administration and data management, and general administration services for the M2U departments.
As an Engineering Stores Supervisor, you’ll manage inventory operations that support our manufacturing and maintenance teams. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance with GxP standards, and drive continuous improvement across stores processes.
Your Role:

Reporting to the Maintenance Planning Manager, you will:

  • Manage inventory control, stock adjustments, and SAP data accuracy
  • Lead and develop a team of Technical Officers and Stores Assistants.
  • Support engineering projects and shutdowns with materials coordination.
  • Collaborate across departments and sites to harmonise best practices.
  • Manage inwards and outwards goods movement.
  • Ensure compliance with CSL’s quality, safety, and environmental standards

Your Experience:

  • A degree in Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse or any other related discipline is regarded.
  • Proven experience in a stores or inventory management role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience within warehouse, engineering and maintenance and familiar with inventory CMMS systems, data management etc.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Windows applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel
