We are seeking Engineering Students, for our Atlantic Canada District in Dartmouth, NS, within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for 4 months starting in May 2025.
As an Engineering Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset.
  • Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting trade quote reviews – verifying material quantities, hours, and rates
  • Conducting deficiency walks
  • Inputting/Updating deficiency logs
  • Issuing warranties
  • Taking/Coordinating progress photos
  • Updating, coordinating, and producing drawings
  • Performing quantity takeoffs
  • Coordinating and supervising sub-trade work
  • Verifying site conditions and coordinating with drawings
  • Setting-up/Maintaining record keeping
  • Updating project schedules
  • Obtaining scheduling information from sub-trades
