JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor/Foreman to join our team – someone with hands-on expertise and a natural ability to lead by example on the shop floor.
On offer is an interesting & varied role where you will be overseeing a small team plus working on a variety of projects.

· Strong leadership and supervisory skills
· Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
· Strong attention to detail & accuracy with ability to work under pressure
· Ability to develop and manage teams within a fast-paced workshop environment
· Must come from an engineering background & be able to understand engineering drawings
· Able maintain a safe working environment for other employees
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am to 4.30pm, Friday 8am to 1.30pm

· Attendance & Production bonus after successful completion of trial period
· 20 days holiday per year (January-December)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
