POSITION SUMMARY:

• Supervise the engineering maintenance team and support them with operational tasks
• Responsible to complete maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest requests and deliver service excellence with each guest experience
• Actively identify and conduct repairs to the building and equipment
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
• Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives
• Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
• Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
