JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor/Foreman to join our team – someone with hands-on expertise and a natural ability to lead by example on the shop floor.
On offer is an interesting & varied role where you will be overseeing a small team plus working on a variety of projects.

· Oversee and support daily operations within the workshop
· Supervision of the factory facility & improving performance
· Liaising with the office staff to ensure all components are ready on time
· Reporting any issues to management
· Uphold a safe, clean and compliant working environment
· Visual inspection of parts to ensure quality standards are met
