We’re currently looking for a skilled and motivated Engineering Supervisor to join our Technical Services team based at the Avery Hill Campus, University of Greenwich.
In this role, you’ll be leading the on-site residential M&E team overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and playing a hands-on part in both planned and reactive maintenance. You’ll be a key point of contact for ensuring the smooth running of essential building services across the campus, working closely with our Engineering Lead, Facilities Manager, and wider Sodexo team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and supervise a team of on-site engineers, supporting performance, training, and development
• Oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems
• Coordinate daily operations with the Helpdesk team to ensure timely response to service requests
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies, Safe Systems of Work, and Permit to Work procedures
• Carry out routine audits to maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and documentation
• Manage subcontractors and specialist suppliers, from scheduling to quality assurance and safety checks
