What You’ll Do * Support the engineering team to deliver high standards across all maintenance tasks. * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational readiness. * Coordinate with other departments to support a seamless guest and colleague experience. * Support project work, upgrades, and technical initiatives across the property. * Grow, guide and support the team What we’re looking for * Strong technical knowledge in building services or maintenance. * Experience supervising or mentoring a team. * A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and commitment to high standards. * Great communication and organisational skills.
