Engineering Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated Land / Engineering Surveyor to join our team on a major National Highways project in Tuddenham. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering one of the UK’s most exciting infrastructure projects while developing your career with a leading principal contractor.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with engineers and project teams to establish and maintain the survey station network
• Providing topographical surveys and resolving inconsistencies in project data
• Ensuring survey instruments are checked, calibrated, and fit for purpose
• Setting out works in line with contract requirements before construction begins
• Supporting colleagues with training on survey equipment and software
• Assisting the Senior Surveyor with budgeting, reporting, and progress checks
• Promoting health, safety, and wellbeing on site

About you:

• Degree in Surveying/Geodesy or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Membership or working towards CICES or RICS (preferred)
• Proficient in CAD (2D & 3D), MS Office, AutoCAD, Trimble Business Centre, and Leica Infinity
• Skilled in the use of survey instruments and associated software
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
