KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Undertake surveys within the rail environment including new construction, renewals, set-out, audits, and maintenance tamping.
• Carry out survey calculations, drafting and reports where necessary including the use of any appropriate software to facilitate.
• Manage and control survey documentation to statutory authorities and project guidelines.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Proven and diverse experience in surveying with Rail experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in Surveying or Engineering.
• Willing to take on a mix of Perth and Project work with flexibility on rosters depending on the project.
• 12d & 12d field would be desirable.
• Proficiency in the use of Trimble surveying equipment and software is desirable.
• Previous Gedo Rail Survey Equipment experience would be required for the role.
• The ability to work in a technically complex environment and deliver project milestones.
• Comfortable managing the on-site responsibilities of your project.
• Current Australian driver’s licens
