This is a key role within our Engineering team, responsible for coordinating attraction and water slide shutdowns, planned maintenance and system planning across our parks. You’ll work closely with Maintenance, Operations and contractors to ensure works are well planned, properly resourced and delivered in line with manufacturer requirements and our internal engineering processes. What you’ll be doing You’ll take the lead on planning and coordinating shutdowns and major maintenance activities, building detailed schedules that balance operational needs with safety and compliance. Managing our CMMS, you’ll ensure work orders, preventative maintenance and shutdown tasks are accurately planned, tracked and closed out. You’ll prepare shutdown work packages, coordinate contractors and OEMs, support Engineering Change Management, and provide clear handovers to execution teams. After each shutdown, you’ll help review what worked well and where we can improve — because continuous improvement is part of the ride. What we’re looking for You’ll bring a Bachelor of Engineering, strong knowledge of CMMS functionality and proven experience planning maintenance, projects or rebuilds in a fast-paced, heavy machinery environment. You’re confident using MS Project, highly organised, calm under pressure and comfortable juggling competing deadlines. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of WH&S and safe work practices. Experience in theme parks or similar operational environments is a bonus, but not essential. Why join us?
