We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to build and lead the growth team for the CRM product, with a strong focus on acquisition and activation. The growth team is responsible for helping users discover monday CRM, sign up effortlessly, and reach their “aha” moment as quickly as possible. You’ll drive product-led growth through experimentation, data-driven development, and seamless collaboration with product, marketing, and data teams. This includes building onboarding experiences, optimizing the signup flow, and leading rapid iterations that directly impact key business KPIs such as conversion and activation. You’ll design a technical vision that supports fast-paced learning, scalable infrastructure, and user-centric thinking. Lead the research and adoption of new technologies. Be both a technical leader and a people manager. Key member in the group’s leadership forums, overseeing employee development and growth. Requirements Experience managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish 2+ years of proven management experience. Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment Passion for both client-side and server-side development A "growth mindset," including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences. Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions.
