We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Team Lead to join our talented R&D department. As an Engineering Team Lead, you will play a role in leading and managing a group of skilled engineers to deliver high-quality software products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Architects, and Platform Engineers. If you embrace dynamic environments, modern programming and have a solid understanding and deep knowledge of technologies and infrastructure - Your place is with us. Responsibilities As an Engineering Team Lead, you will Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in their technical and professional development. Manage and lead a scrum environment, delivering A to Z new abilities and features into our product. Work with our high-performance, high-scale infrastructure on top of cloud resources using multiple 3rd party modern development tools Collaborate with the Product Management team to define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and delivery. Ensure the team follows best practices in software development, coding standards, and quality assurance processes. Participate in our service development and cloud-based environments within R&D. Take part in infrastructure and system design. Use the latest technology to enhance development processes and increase team productivity. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, and ensure successful project delivery. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the engineering team. Requirements You should join us if you Have proven experience in leading a team of at least 5 engineers - a must Have at least 4 years of experience of at least 2 different server-side programming languages (GoLang is an advantage) - a must Have significant experience creating and utilizing scalable performance systems - a must Have a deep understanding of cloud architecture and modern system design principles - a must Have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A track record of delivering high-quality software products by giving accurate estimations.
