ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a technically hands-on Engineering Team Lead for our Enterprise team, a mission-driven team focused on delivering complex features and providing customer-facing solutions. In this role, you will spearhead the development of industry-leading functionalities for our Provet Cloud veterinary practice management product. You will technically lead and mentor an interdisciplinary team, including backend and frontend engineers, while actively participating in a Python/Django-focused development team. You will collaborate closely with a Product Manager, Designer, and QA Specialists to ensure well-planned, high-quality developments that meet customer needs.
The Enterprise Engineering Team Lead role enables seamless customer onboarding by building and integrating functionality across our platform. This includes managing day-to-day activities, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensuring exceptional quality standards. Strong technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a customer-focused team are essential for this role to help our members achieve their full potential.
