As part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader: Electrical Axillaries Category who will lead our TLS team. Key responsibilities: Lead the Electrical Axillaries engineering team within the national TLS function, ensuring effective resource allocation for project milestones. Collaborate with Fleet Engineering Managers to align resources for engineering changes and report to the GM TLS Engineering. Manage professional engineers and staff in complex engineering areas such as systems engineering, manufacturing liaison, and configuration control. Participate in planning, make independent decisions on engineering policies, and provide technical advice to management and operations. Coordinate work programs, direct equipment and material use, and oversee project delivery and accomplishment of objectives. Review technical work, select and schedule staff, and make decisions on staff training, evaluation, and discipline.
