We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineering Team Leader to oversee and execute maintenance and improvement activities. This role is crucial in ensuring the continuous delivery of manufacturing service levels through effective reactive maintenance and adjustments.

• Supervise and carry out maintenance activities to ensure equipment remains operational.
• Implement the Muller Production System within the unit.
• Delegate maintenance tasks across the unit team.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly.
• Withdraw parts from stores and log withdrawals in the SAP system for automatic reordering.
• Complete all line manager tasks associated with the respective shift team.
