THE ROLE

We are seeking an Engineering Team Leader to oversee 2 teams of 2 engineers who are currently working on Panama Shift. This is a nights role, 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving facility uptime and asset reliability across site, which runs 24/7. The role requires flexibility and hands-on leadership to support and develop a high-performing engineering team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure your teams are fully equipped with everything they need to succeed including training, tools, equipment, and parts/supplies
• Balance PPM against breakdowns in line with OEE requirements
• Assist in the running of CAPEX projects
• Conduct and support Root Cause Analysis and condition monitoring
• Use a new CRM to improve service levels and general management
• Assist personally in maintenance and repairs
