The Role: Engineering team leader (ID: 0087PW) We are looking for an experienced Engineering team leader to make impact! Engineering Manager Duties and Responsibilities Analyze market demand and develop the team competency for growing business. Resolve issues brought forth by the engineering team members. Oversee timelines and performance for engineering projects and achieve the team goal. Development initiatives to identify opportunities and improved processes. Communicate and collaborate effectively with other managers. Prepare and deliver various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externally. Oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, prefer Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5+ years of industry automation experience in total solution with PLC, HMI, Inverter and Motion, ideally in a management role. 2+ years of IIoT or Smart manufacturing experience in SCADA, AI and Digital tools. Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team. Organizational competencies to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track. Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in delivering comprehensive topics to external audience and internal stakeholders. Ability to work individually or as part of a team. Strong presentation, written and verbal skills. Fluent in spoken and written English& Chinese.
