JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to oversee and assist with guiding our engineering team in the development and implementation of innovative engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, coupled with leadership skills to drive project success would be ideal. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a related field, with a focus on system design.
• Proficiency in using CAD software, SolidWorks, Simulink, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is desirable.
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles in design processes.
• Create and interpret schematics and CAD drawings for various engineering projects.
• Oversee system design processes, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
• Conduct testing and validation of designs using LabVIEW and other relevant tools.
