• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sydney Engineering team, ensuring smooth delivery of services by actively collaborating with internal stakeholders, functional teams, and senior leaders.
• Playing a key role in providing insight and guidance on technology issues that impact business performance, and contributing to broader strategic discussions.
• Recommending and leading the implementation of improvements to SCA’s specialised audio and visual systems, working closely with the Executive General Manager, Engineering Operations Manager, and local teams to enhance technical capability and support business goals.
