Your Role Job Responsibilities: Direct managing of a team of 10-15 engineers Involve in resource planning, budget forecast and control. Monitor and support project deliverables with adherence to schedule, risks, quality and customer requirements Streamline SW Development process across OEM projects, provides technical direction, conducts regular project reviews and take corrective actions Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules Plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets Help start center for new business pursuits. lead one or more infotainment component teams like Audio, Bluetooth, Projection technology, HMI, Media, Navigation, CAN, VIP etc Be abreast with current technology trends in Infotainment Products and handle stakeholders & customer requests. Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: A minimum of 12- 16 years of relevant experience in any of the following areas: Audio, Bluetooth, Projection technology, HMI, Media, Navigation, Vehicle interface. Understanding of Automotive domain, SW Architectures in Infotainment/User Experience area. Able to guide the team in Android/QNX/Linux based software development. Working knowledge in Agile methodologies and ASPICE Process Flow. Added advantage: having functional safety experience. Good analytical, problem solving skills. Highly self-motivated and energetic. A go-getter with good communication and interpersonal skills Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics /Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation Experience: 12 -16 years of relevant experience.
