This role is responsible for solving customer / assembly specific problems in the manufacturing process and ensuring process designs are achieving the highest efficiency. Responsible for the support of product engineering. Duties: • Provide shop floor support in a complex manufacturing environment. • Provide required surface mount technical support for the process and equipment. • Create and maintain machine programs under the guidance of the engineering department. • Solder paste screen printer & inspection, reflow profiles, AOI & AXI programs • Assist in evaluating or creating new stencil designs and/or placement programs for surface mount using Gerber or CAD data supplied by customer.
