Benefits Highlights: *401K with company match *PTO, Paid Holidays  *Tuition Reimbursement *Medical HRA Plan *Short term/Long term Disability Insurance, etc. The Engineering Technician 2 position is to focus on high complexity products that require a keen focus to develop and optimize the assembly process and associated work instructions.  This role is responsible for solving customer / assembly specific problems in the manufacturing process and ensuring process designs are achieving the highest efficiency.  Responsible for the support of product engineering. Duties: •    Provide shop floor support in a complex manufacturing environment. •    Provide required surface mount technical support for the process and equipment. •    Create and maintain machine programs under the guidance of the engineering department. •    Solder paste screen printer & inspection, reflow profiles, AOI & AXI programs •    Assist in evaluating or creating new stencil designs and/or placement programs for surface mount using Gerber or CAD data supplied by customer.
