The Opportunity: More Than Just Maintenance As our Engineering & Technical Manager, you won't just keep the lights on - you'll be designing a brighter, more efficient future. You will be accountable for merging technical excellence with business strategy by: Leading Technical Operations: Take full ownership of our Maintenance and Process Engineering teams. You’ll manage these crucial departments, optimizing asset performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring we maintain our competitive edge. Driving Strategy & Vision: You'll be the architect of our technical roadmap, responsible for implementing and building strategies that align with site and European goals. This includes defining best practice standards for equipment and engineering across the facility. Controlling the Capital: You will be accountable for formulating and executing the annual CAPEX plan, from identifying strategic equipment needs to managing projects from design through to delivery. You’ll be the champion for key machinery and future investments. Developing a Team of Excellence: You are a coach and a mentor. Your mission is to support, develop, and stretch your team to their fullest potential, building a clear pipeline for succession and fostering a culture of ownership, trust, and exceptional results. Championing Safety: You will be the ultimate ambassador of safety, taking the lead in driving a proactive, 'safety-first' culture across all daily initiatives.
