MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of program/project management experience.
  • Experience with software release management practices, tools, and automation.
  • Experience of building cross-platform Software development tools and frameworks.
  • Experience of rolling out new, innovative, enterprise technology and solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to agreement with ambiguity.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate tactical plans and strategy for projects.
  • Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, and set the pace for project delivery.
  • Become a trusted advisor to decision makers, providing insights to the engineering teams, and influence product direction. This will enable partnerships allowing Google innovation.
  • Develop, build, and evolve metrics with reliable supporting datasets to proactively provide visibility into engineering solutions.
  • Provide quantitative analysis focus, requiring interpretation of technical information from structured and unstructured sources.
