Important role to make sure the result producing are highly accurate and quality that enable the customer making the right decision. Where you come in: You conduct Preventive and Reparative Maintenance duties on Test Lab Equipment and Fixtures. You troubleshoot and maintain Test lab production /process equipment. Perform equipment moves and setups. Work with external supplier for the equipment PM if the work can only be done by the OEM supplier. You need to maintain appropriate documents PM/CM documents, Pass-downs, Track-it work orders and performs IQ/OQ’s, equipment validations. Helps maintain spare part inventories. You support the execution of equipment qualifications and execution as needed, eg FESEM, HPLC, GPC, SIMS, Dehumidifier, DSC, Moisture Analyser, TGA, FTIR and custom testing and optical inspection metrology etc. You need to familiarize with standard laboratory practices, specifically mixing and handling of hazardous chemicals You perform equipment activities in equipment development under supervision of the project engineer. Activities including assembly and testing of equipment, fixtures, processes and/or electronics, completing engineering studies and validations. You perform the data analysis after the test completion. You are required to work any shift, including weekends.
