Responsibilities
  • As an Engineering Technician on this team, you will be asked to perform a variety of build, assembly, and maintenance tasks.
  • The environment is very fast-paced and requires a skilled & reliable individual, capable of working independently but who is also excited to collaborate with others to accomplish a common goal.
  • Assist with maintenance on test equipment with the goal of reducing equipment downtime.
  • Build mechanical structures, small or large, per the provided documentation.
  • Build quality prototype wiring connections & harnesses when needed.
  • Capture & log fault findings, maintenance labor, or upgrade activities.
  • Identify safety and environmental concerns.
  • In collaboration with Engineers, assist with design by giving documented feedback on the builds & operations of designed equipment.
  • Learn how to assemble TSE equipment and understand its functions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in collaboration with Technician Team peers.
  • Perform light fabrication and assembly tasks, including operation of manual machining, common shop, power, and hand tools.
  • Understand and follow safety and environmental regulations.
