This Position reports to:
Digital Solutions Manager - Service
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company’s strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and participating in the local Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

  • Work model: #Onsite
  • Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
  • Participating in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles.
  • Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
  • Contributing to diverse social events and team activities, and using the chance to establish a broad network within ABB.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

  • You have a genuine interest in engineering and hands-on work.
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • GCSEs at Grade 4 and above - Maths, English and Science.
  • Other relevant subjects, such as Product Design or Engineering, would be an advantage. Please note that if you have PEOs or BTECs in Engineering, you may be required to repeat specific modules.
  • You are at ease communicating in English.
