OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in engineering principles and be adept at utilizing various tools and technologies to support project development and execution. This role involves working closely with engineers and other technical staff to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Mechanical knowledge relevant to equipment assembly and maintenance is required.
• Experience in fabrication processes within an engineering context is desirable.
• Background in manufacturing environments is advantageous.

• Set up, operation and maintenance of labelling and printing machines.
• Assist in maintenance and operation of utility systems ( Purified Water, steam, boiler) .
• Support manufacturing operations by providing technical assistance as required.
• Regular maintenance and calibration of equipment and instruments. ( scales, HVAC, mixers etc)
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge in the assembly and maintenance of equipment.
• Participate in fabrication processes, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly processes to achieve project goals.
