Job Description Troubleshoot and diagnose pneumatic & hydraulic test equipment Calibrate and repair pneumatic & hydraulic test equipment Assist operators with set-up of test equipment as needed Build and repair test stand masters Tear down and analysis of test stand failures Review processes on an on-going basis for safety, quality, and production efficiency Identify pneumatic & hydraulic leaks and repair Support assembly manufacturing with troubleshooting and guiding maintenance staff as needed Learn current Vision Systems and Industrial Lighting to help in troubleshooting Assist Manufacturing Engineers in the Qualification of new test equipment Qualifications Minimum Requirements Associate’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Manufacturing Engineering Experience with industrial controls and measurement devices (i.e. pressure transducers, LVDTs and load cells) 1-3 years industrial experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent troubleshooting skill and electrical safety knowledge Proactive mindset with strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills Must be able to relate and get along with all levels of the organization Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Manufacturing Engineering Hydraulic and Pneumatic troubleshooting experiences Industrial Vision System Practical Hands-On Experience Exposure to manufacturing robots Additional Information BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives.
