In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing the resort’s wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures, while also supporting general maintenance tasks beyond carpentry. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: * Inspect guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to identify repair and maintenance needs. * Repair and maintain wooden fixtures such as doors, windows, furniture, cabinets, flooring, and decorative elements. * Carry out polishing, varnishing, and finishing work to maintain high aesthetic standards. * Install new furniture, fittings, partitions, and custom woodwork as required. * Perform accurate measurements, cutting, and assembly of materials.   What We need from you: * Proven experience in carpentry (experience in hotels or resorts preferred). * Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Understanding of safety practices and tool handling.   What you can expect from us:  We give our people everything they need to succeed.
