· Competent in MS Office.
· Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Comfortable working with a wide range of staff, clients, and contractors.
· Well organized, able to meet deadlines, and adaptable under pressure.
· Valid Ontario driver’s license required.
· A 2-year Civil Technician diploma (or equivalent) is an asset.

· Review drawings and schematics to confirm construction accuracy.
· Identify issues or discrepancies during inspections and work with project managers and contractors to resolve them.

· Provide recommendations for improvements based on inspection results.
· Assist with design tasks, tender preparation, and quantity take-offs when in the office.
