You will be responsible for ensuring that the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in a resort are functioning properly. They play a crucial role in maintaining guest comfort and ensuring the Resort's energy efficiency. A little taste of your day-to-day: * Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment * Ensure proper installation and calibration of HVAC equipment for optimal energy efficiency * Monitor energy consumption of HVAC systems and recommend improvements for energy-saving practices * Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of refrigerants, and ensure systems are functioning. * Ensure HVAC systems are providing comfortable temperatures in guest rooms and public areas. What We need from you: * Some college or advanced vocational training * Two years’ experience in HVAC maintenance and repair * Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations * A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service * Hospitality experience preferred What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed. Responsibilities

This includes performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and ensuring proper installation and calibration of all HVAC equipment.
