Key Responsibilities: Lead and/or assist in blending and handling of bulk energetic powders Track and document energetic powder inventory to meet production needs Perform routine powder analysis, including calorimetry and particle size analysis Maintain strict quality and safety standards throughout the powder blending process Assist in developing manufacturing processes Verify manufacturing processes using inspection techniques, data collection, measurement, as directed Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and requirements Work on tasks individually or as part of a team Manage time efficiently to accomplish assigned tasks on time Assist in process capability studies, efficiency studies, or other process engineering activities Assist in process improvement efforts Participate in FMEA, PFMEA, Design Review, and other Engineering activities/functions Assist in Engineering Sustainment activities to support ongoing Manufacturing operations – to include but not limited to: restoring manufacturing processes to operation following failures, participating in process improvement efforts, providing training to others, updating process documentation, etc. Provide information for documentation of new manufacturing processes Participate in NPI (New Product Introduction) activities as necessary and as directed Uphold Valor standards and specifications Must meet Valor attendance requirements Additional Responsibilities: Support NPI efforts as directed for entire product life cycle Other duties as assigned Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, including salary, performance-based incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
