Job Description
The low-voltage MCC Laboratory tests new product solutions and analyses existing applications to improve and implement new technologies. The research includes mechanical and thermal tests based on product standards. As part of the research work, there are also opportunities to travel to other research centers for other types of tests, such as short-circuit or seismic tests etc. The team’s tasks also include assembly work, during which new test stands and new test samples are built.
You will report to manager located in Katowice.
You will work in hybrid work model - 3 days from office.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assemble steel structures Cabinets (MCC) based on technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot test configurations to determine the cause of malfunctions
  • Assistance in the construction and operation of automatic test stations for thermal, mechanical, functional, etc. tests
  • Create post-reports of performed tests
  • Ensure the technical efficiency of technological devices in the Laboratory area. (maintenance elements)
  • Ensuring a safe working environment in the laboratory, enforcing safe laboratory practices.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Knowledge of technical drawing
  • English allowing (B2)
  • Minimum secondary technical education (electrical/mechanical/automatic)

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Professional experience – LVMCC min 5 years.
  • Physical ability to use ladders and platforms required.
  • Ability to use measuring and workshop equipment.
  • Knowledge of SAP software.
